Our Orangetheory Fitness center is conveniently located on West Village Way in Smyrna, Georgia. Our Orangetheory Fitness program is ideal for all who cross our path no matter their current level of fitness.


We will help you focus on developing your stamina, endurance, and strength during a 60-minute exercise routine. We provide 12 fitness stations in each of our three workout blocks to help you develop your target areas. You will dedicate 20 minutes per session to each block.


Our expert fitness trainers work with you on designing a plan that will challenge you to meet your maximum potential. Our gym trainers will modify your sessions if it's necessary to ensure continued progress or to support your current health status. We'll monitor your heart rate to make sure that you maintain it at an intense peak up to 36 hours following your workout. This will guarantee the optimum results many have been raving about.


The Orangetheory Fitness program was developed with everyone in mind. We wanted to impact people from all walks of life regardless of their fitness abilities. We'll target your individualized needs within the 60 minutes you contribute to your success. Although the program was designed for all, each session is tailored to the individual.


You can pay as you go or select one of our three monthly plans. We offer flexibility so that our membership benefits all who join. There is never any obligation to continue membership. Karyn has been a member of the Orangetheory Team at the Cumberland Studio since it's opening in October 2015, but she is not new to Fitness. Karyn has over fifteen years of experience in the Health and Wellness Field. Her love for Fitness started at an early age as a competitive swimmer, dancer and cheerleader. Karyn graduated East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She spent the beginning part of her career in Hospital Based Fitness & Wellness, managing fitness centers, teaching group exercise classes and personal training. She is a passionate, motivating coach that wants everyone to achieve their personal bests! Karyn uses her passion for fitness to help people accomplish their fitness goals and maintain a positive self image. Away from the gym Karyn is very active with her two young kids, Peyton and Paxton whom both have a love for soccer and sports! She and her husband and kids live in Vinings.

WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?

Laura has certifications through NASM for both Nutrition and Personal Training. She is also a certified spin instructor and TRX certified. She has been a professional in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has always had a passion for exercise and nutrition. She started with running at the age of 18 and then moved right into teaching group fitness and personal training. In her late 40’s she competed in both Figure and Crossfit competitions placing first in her division in both sports. Her weekend addiction is golf; where much work is needed but she still loves the challenge. Her specific areas of interest include sports performance, high intensity interval training, weight loss and of course coaching at OTF

My favorite OTF exercise is the DB snatch (love power)
Kasi was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles for college, where she graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Communications and Marketing. She remained in LA and started working in advertising sales for ESPN. In 2009, the job moved her to Atlanta to take over radio sales for the southeast region. After an amazing ten years with ESPN, she left the corporate world in December of 2015 to start her own Adventure Travel Company – Not So Normal Travel.
 
Kasi has been active in sports her entire life – from growing-up cheerleading and playing softball, to high school track and swimming, to studying Kung Fu, running marathons and triathlons and training with Crossfit. She also coached Crossfit part-time while still at ESPN before finding and falling in love with Orange Theory Fitness. After transitioning from Crossfit and leaving ESPN to build her business, she wanted to get back into coaching as well and saw no better place than Orangetheory Fitness!
 
Kasi is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as having her power lifting certification through USA Weightlifting. She’s passionate about helping people achieve things they never imagined and loves seeing the transformations that happen at OTF.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for her overall physical, mental and emotional well-being and to constantly improve herself. (She’s also currently burning for her March wedding!)
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasures are cheese, sushi and wine!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite OTF exercise is either the Rower – because it works absolutely every part of your body – or anything on the TRX Strap, especially bridge rows and power pull-ups.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
